if some one can read the writing on the side cover it may help ...looks like sanskrit or one of the mid eastern languages

may be one of the made in turkey MZ clones

need to figure out exactly what it is then go from there

Looks to me like an ETZ 250, looking at the frame and engine. The rear shocks look to be from an earlier Ets model and the exhaust looks to have had a section welded onto the end.

Parts are readily available from the MZ shop in the UK also a number of suppliers in Germany, there also looks to be a healthy MZ club based in Miami, they may well have a supply of parts nearer to yourself. Hope this helps.

It's an ETZ250. It is a premix version ( no oil pump fitted). Is it from Iraq? I know Ive seen one just the same somewhere, and I think the writing on the sidepanel is a reminder to add oil to fuel!
MZ Parts Miami is probably the easiest place to get parts from if you are in the US. Their website seems to have died at the moment (http://www.mzpartsmiami.com/) but I know they are still in business.

Knew I would find it... Joe Adams in Louisville, Kentucky has one the same. He is a member of the "MZ Motorcycles" page on FB

Not personally being the wrong side of the pond, but they have a good reputation. Their website seems to be kaput at the moment, but last time I looked they try to source things from Germany, then Europe and then as a last resort from the far east

Apart from the usual suspects in Europe there is a company in Turkey with very keen prices. ( The 2 stroke MZ plant was sold to Turkey in 1989 and they contuned production for some time)

I haven't had any luck with Miami.
I called and all they said repeatedly was, "no habla ingliess, no habla"

Sheesh. What to they do when they file their taxes. ??
Oh....my bad. Miami is not a part of the rebel Colony that broke away from the Empire ?

Ive just messaged the owner , to see what he has to say. It's a shame they have let their website lapse, I use foreign language websites all the time and with the help of Google translate seem to do well enough getting parts!

Apparently a new improved website should be live in 2-3 weeks

Can I write a rewiew please, maybe helpful - my (single) experience with mzparcalari.com.

I just received a package.

Quality:
----------
Quality of the stuff I received - average, let's say so. Some plastic seem just the cheap China stuff, some others look good and dependable. One "010" ETZ250 selector fork was Taiwan-made, the "011" fork is Turkey. The items are not fully described on the site so it's matter of luck. I wrote reviews to almost all components I bought on the site, I'm curious if the webmaster approves any. There are no other reviews. As a general rule regarding quality - those stuff which are ment for the internal turkish production models Seyhan, ET301 Kanuni - those are good quality. There are some turkey-made rear shock absorbers, don't buy them, they are cheap copies of the german originals, however the Kanuni originals are made by MONROE, so my general rule still stays. You can find them only here, not on german sites, hungarian sites. The other stuff that you can see also on hungarian/german sites - those are average quality on mzparcalari.com. Use your common sense, check the price, add the extra custom taxes if apply and see if it still fits you.

Price:
------------
I paid +VAT 19% and + customs 4.5% so it was not so cheap really. But this is easy to calculate so everybody should calculate for himself if it's cheap or expensive.

PayPal:
---------
It's written that you pay by PayPal - it did not appear PayPal for me, I paid with Visa 3D-secure. This was ok for me.

Shipping:
------------
If you check the site, nothing is stated there except it's fast. There are some pictures with some delivery boxcars that look like DHL vans. Well, it's not DHL. mzparcalari.com ships over PTT (Turkish Post) that has same yellow color like DHL. (surprise, I saw this only when I got the tracking number)

Was shipping cheap? Certaily not. 40 Euro was the price for the "fast delivery" for 10kg of components. I paid less for quick DHL delivery from Germany.

Was it fast? PTT is just a normal post of Turkey, and obviously the package will be handed over to the national post of your country. Check how fast will be for you. For me in Romania, the shipping was 13 days, see yourself https://track.aftership.com/ptt-posta/cp030882729tr? or https://www.17track.net/ro/track?nums=CP030882729TR&fc=18021
What was fast: the guys from the site packaged and sent the package the same day I ordered it.

Was it right? The site added the weight of the componets to 14.9kg, so I paid for that (40EUR) but the Turkish post stamped on the box 10.00kg. The things were poorly/not packaged inside, so one taillight was damaged by shipping.

Would I order again? Maybe, but only the things that are available only on this site, and I will try to order small packages, at least I will not pay the full VAT. The things that I can find on hungarian sites(motoralkatresz24.hu)/german sites (ost2rad, mzsimson.de) I will order from there.

This is my review - good or bad, judge for yourself :-)
