mosquito rx carburetor, $10 for a manual
Posted: Wed Feb 16, 2011 1:48 pmhi yall, I'm a new owner of a MZ 2005 mosquito rx 50 cc. I bought it second hand from a guy in fredericksburg va, while doing a house move for him for a 100 bucks. anyway i cant get it to start and it looks like it needs a new choke line to go into the carburetor. i have called all around richmond va (my town) and can't find anyone or anywhere i can get this part. also i heard they dont distribute these parts anymore in the US. I did however hear that the engine is the same as that on a yamaha jog 50cc. or a Minarelli Horizontal short case). can i buy a carburetor for one of these motors and will it work on this scooter? also does anyone have a manual for one of these? i'll send you ten bucks if you can get me a copy!
