That looks pretty good to me.(It comes up HUGE on my screen when clicked on)
Remember that the MZ is old school 2 stroke not modern, lean burn 4 stroke!
Did you sort out plug thread repair?

The helicoil stays on the sparkplug and i screw it in like that... lean? It has a 130 jet in there with that result. 135 it slows down. It is better with the chain loosend up. Still no 140 kmh but better. Steady 117 on gps.

I have 130 and mine is like I have described in picture.

Bearing in mind although fuel does make a difference, sometimes it can be subtle and make you look at other things. For example.. After a trip abroad, I noticed that whilst going through Poland back home to the UK, my fuel consumption had decreased by around 15MPG average. When I got home I realised the bike wasn't running right either, (up until that point was just using motorways from Poland so had no identification that anything was wrong with slow speed), so decided to investigate. I found that the 130 jet had actually come off the end of the emulsion tube and was a the bottom of the float bowl. The difference in hole size was imense as you can imagine, and yet the bike still performed pretty well other than a small flat spot and higher idle. The spark plug colour was still really nice too..

Even though it was the cause of my running issues, I wonder how much of the time we all chase something that isn't the problem at all.. I often go straight for carburettor when it was infact ignition.

I think you're trying to acheive something that you might not. At 70mph I am at around 5k/5,100 rpm at stock gearing and tyre sizes etc. If red line is at around 5.5k.. Then I wouldn't want to push it any more any way...... At those speeds I have difficulty as it is keeping 50mph/55mph when it is raining or windy or passing lorries etc.. Only in the perfect windless, flattest conditions can I keep a constant 70mph anyway.. I personally think you're expecting too much from it, and that might even cost you and the engine if you continue to try and push and push it.. ?

small bike performance i have said for years if its less than 400 cc its a moped;;;

if you want to cruse at 70 mph get a 500 or bigger because all you are going to do is blow up the moped

i ride an rt125 95 % of the time and love it but if the trip needs above 55 mph i take the bigger toys

I have a 1100 the mz is for a girly friend to learn how to drive. When i drove it i drove it at 120 kmh all day long without a problem.
Grts.

Ps its not the cc its the performance that makes the difference between mopeds and bikes.

I remember my old Super 5 being happy to cruise at 70 to 80MPH on motorways forever.
